The Story: “Ah, the halcyon hippy days! Herb and I were goat-sitting for a few weeks for our friend Fred, who grew organic peaches and garlic and raised milk goats on a farm outside of Solvang. I was pregnant with Anya, milking goats twice a day and making goat cheese. Come to think of it, all of those goats were pregnant too :) They were my role models.”
